among African Americans. It just so happens that the Black AIDS Institute criticized the United States government’s efforts to combat the epidemic among African Americans. In their 55 page report they brought up the fact that the overall help dished out by the U.S. is distributed unfairly in favor of countries in Africa. I have been chillaxin and staying away from the bullshit ya digg!?!! There was a situation that took place that made me reevaluate the people around me. I'm not gonna get into details about the incident but what I will do is give some words of advice. Be weary of the people around you!! Sooooo much drama can be avoided in your life if you just keep negative people away from you!!

Relationships

Wasup Ya'll,

So I had a conversation over with some friends earlier this week. Somehow we got into a discussion about relationships. Now I don't know about you all but this is a subject that I hate to discuss and for those of you who know me, I am an EXTREMELY blunt individual. First of all if any of you have actually lived in this world you would know when a person is playing games with you. If you can't recognize the signs then you need to check yourself. People wake up!!! There are far too many things that you can be doing with your life than wondering whether or not a person loves you because if you have to wonder, then you need to move on!! I have come to realize that there are no gray areas in life. Wherever there is a gray area, there are chances to make excuses. If you feel differently I can respect that but it has worked for me and I am doing just fine by it if I must say. So with that said let me give you some pointers on whether or not it might be time to move on to the next person or just take some time off to get your shit together......

#1. If you and the person aren't making any moves together (i.e. buying a house, paying bills, or if you guys aren't currently in the process of making it happen) then be ready to walk away from the situation at ALL costs!!!

****Sorry hunny emotions can sustain but so much in a relationship. Think about it this way: If the fool is cheating on you then at least you won't have to worry about losing that gwap in the process of dropping that lame!!!!

#2. If you have been "together" for a substantial amount of time and he/she hasn't introduced you to those that he/she holds dear to them, you need to check the situation.

****You learn alot about a person by just observing the people that raised them or who they grew up with. It kinda completes the picture...ya dig?! If your so called significant other doesn't do this then you need to reevaluate your situation-trust me...either the person is ashamed of you or she/he doen't see a future in yall's ecapades. That's just the way it is.

#3. If your partner all of a sudden stops calling you for no aparent reason, then let that shit go!!!

****Refer to #1

This really goes out ot all of the ladies- for real. I'm sick and tired of talking to my homegirls about bout their no good men. Ya'll tend to overlook the "signs" and wanna cry when it all falls down. I grew up in a neighborhood were there more hood men than anything else. I have witnessed men treat CHICS like dirt and I have seen them treat WOMEN like queens. There is a difference between the two...get me? We as women have to fully realize that what we have between our legs holds the key to the future of the world. Feel me?

If you feel differently, then shoot me an email. If you make sense, I can only respect it. If not, I will dog you in the next post.

Until next time, stay beautiful...muah!!!

Can You Keep A Secret?

Hey Ya'll

So what's been shaking? I know that it has been awhile (My apologies). Toni Raye has to have some type of balance before she can even attempt to do something out here...ya dig!?!? Anyways, lets get right into it....So out of the few emails that I have gotten one has actually stuck out to enough for me to tell you all about it. Well, this lady wrote me asking my opinion on how to go about revealing to him her pregnancy. The catch to it is she is not sure whether or not the baby is his! Now, this is a man with whom she really cares about and can see herself spending the rest of her life with him. She wrote that she knows for a fact that he will leave her and she is really considering not telling him the affair she had. Then at the end of this detailed emailed she imposed the question "What should I do?".......

Now all I can say to that is wow! Look, I ain't the one to judge. The longer you wait the more complicted shit becomes....trust me. This situation didn't have to even get to this point. There are drugs available for you such as the day after pill. I am not recommending this is in no way but abortion could be an option. Obviously you weren't using protection, so you also need to get tested. There is no playbook for situations like this but once you decide on whether or not you will keep this baby then you can contemplate on telling your man about the situation. If your coming clean means that it will do more harm than good, don't tell ONLY if you learned your lesson. Life goes on regardless ya dig?!?!

What do ya'll think? Just post a comment or shoot me an email at tonirayeblog@gmail.com

Anyways, I got moves to make . This bitch has released two albums, did a video with Janet Jackson, and was beefin with the baddest bitch herself, Trina. Khia had the nerve to be free styling songs that were recorded on her two previous albums. Not only is she embarrassing her children but she is fucking her career up at the same time. She has totally disrespected her fans that were with her from the beginning. Amateurs don’t even get a bar spit about them by vets such as Trina. If you are an amateur, you don’t do singles with a legend like Janet Jackson.

She needs to get her shit together. Join me while I burn her albums and and give them away because that's how much she is worth now.

Stay beautiful,

Muah

DL MEN

Hey!

What’s good? If you are in DC I hope that you are enjoying the weather. I just ask that you be classy with your attire you dig? I have seen a lot of people looking presentable here but they always have to take it to another level in this city. My fellow Washingtonians will feel where I’m coming from (LOL). So my good friend Teddy and I were in Starbucks enjoying life and some how we stumbled on the topic of men who are on the DL. I feel that there are enough people talking about this madness in general but not enough from a woman’s point of view.
Anyone that knows me personally knows that I don’t tolerate discrimination at all. I don’t like to have that type of energy at all around me. It will bother my soul. I was asked what I thought about the issue. Honestly, I believe you DL bastards are selfish cowards. There is a difference between being discreet about what you do and just flat out lying. Your sexual orientation doesn’t validate your manhood. It is how you deal with decisions you have made that make you a man. Take responsibility for your actions and stop being a coward.
My heart goes out to all the women that have relations with these bastards not knowing that they like dick too. Most women hold resentment from past relationships because that feeling of betrayal is hard to shake off. People don’t like to be deceived on purpose by a loved one. I have a friend that dips in dudes and women. His reasons for not disclosing the fact that he has fucked men to his women friend is because he feels that they will look at him differently and eventually won’t want to be with him. That’s a bunch of bullshit if I must say. There are billions of people on this earth and I am quite sure that there are some people who just wouldn’t care. Personally, I won’t deal with a guy who has done another guy. That’s just me. What do ya’lll think? I gotta go…..
Stay beautiful!
Muah!

Kids

Hey!

I know it’s been awhile but I’m back bitches!!!! Anyways, what’s really good? Well for starters I just had a birthday and I celebrated for four days! (Lol) I just want to thank everyone who made me birthday week enjoyable…love ya’ll.
Now for my public service announcement:

GET A VASECTOMY OR BURN YOUR TUBES IF YOU ARE NOT CAPABLE OF RAISING YOUR CHILDREN!!!!!

What in the hell is going on? Why aren’t these parents raising their children

like they should? The shit is ridiculous out here man. So I’m on the bus coming from work. All of the passengers are 40 and over with the exception of myself and a bunch of nasty looking teenagers. Why weren’t they at home taking a bath?...I may never know. Anyway, the kids on this bus were loud and using foul language. They were discussing topics that were inappropriate and embarrassing to hear. I understand that the hood rats on the bus were at the age were their hormones are racing in shit but there is a time and place for everything. Whatever happened to girl talk during slumber parties?

Now children are talking about sucking and fucking each other on a metro bus. I was soooooooo embarrassed. There were people on that bus old enough to be my grandparents. It was so sad the only thing the adults could do was shake their heads. Not once did they talk about using any type of protection (I would have given them some slack but it didn’t surprise me). To make things worse they were females who spoke as if they never read anything past Dr.Seuss and they looked liked they had dirty pipes. Then people are making a big deal out of analyzing why inner-city teenagers are starting to have STD epidemics and high drop out rates. Now I understand were my 8th grade Spanish teacher was coming from she used to shake her head with tears in her eyes and say to us, “It scares me that you are my future”.
Well that’s enough for today.

Stay beautiful, muah!

Let it Go

What is the ultimate betrayal that you have experienced? I guess it started about a month ago while I was at work when one of my co-workers really showed his true colors ad used the word “faggot” when talking down about a good friend of mine’s. I guess he had smoked some crack and popped a lot of ecstasy if he believed in his mind that I, Toni Raye was gonna let that slide. I became even angrier when another co-worker entered the conversation. This fool is gonna agree with him and try to legitimize homophobia by relating it to Jim Crow! I was so blown away by their ignorant comments that I blurted out: WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU!!! They commenced to talking that bullshit again, and I just explained to them that we are all grown and I didn’t respect how they felt no more than they respected the truth I was telling them.
Then there is other co worker who, I personally can step back and see her as a fabulous individual in society but she has a lot of growing up to do. She is a little on the immature side but its understandable for her age group…I’m jumping ahead in the game. So I never had any type of problems with her and I still don’t because I sleep easy at night. So one day I came to work and she called me over to her computer and I noticed a look of disgust on her face. I get the computer to see what she wants me to see and it’s an acquaintance of mines video on youtube of them doing his thing. She goes on to actually express to me that she doesn’t like gay people and how it disgusts her. We get into a debate that I quickly found to be futile because she was talking a bunch of bullshit. I decided to end the conversation before it showed that I wanted to smack the shit outta her. I told this young lady that I didn’t tolerate discrimination of any type around me. She backed down but her feelings are the same. Then one day I was watching a vogueing contest on lookatmeworkmywalmartclothes.blogspot.com and she decided to sit next to me. She chose to sit next to me not because the wanted to use the computer but because she was working on something totally separate from what I was doing. When she saw what I was watching, she simply asked me to let her know when I was finished doing what I was watching on the computer. She made it seem as though whatever I was watching disgusted her. To top things off this gutterbucket scumdragragon had the nerve to say that her new year’s resolution is to not be homophobic. WTF!!!
I feel like we set our social progress back like 50 years or so every time we sit up here and discriminate on people based on irrelevant shit. I could care less about the next person as long as they aren’t keeping me from doing what I need to do. Part of being a well rounded individual is being able to forge healthy relationships with a VARIETY of people. Why hate on somebody because of their sexual preference? All that energy spent on stupidity could have been put to better use. At the end of the day, money doesn’t discriminate and a fool is a fool no matter who you fuckin’. Ya’ dig? Oh, and another thing, please don’t discriminate when you are a hot mess yourself. That’s enough for today.

Stay Beautiful!!.... A day with Toni Raye gives you a chance to get to know me (something which I know you are eager to do…if not, get the hell off my page!) and have real discussion about whatever we want but please do not push it to the limit- we don’t do porn here hunnies.

Now that we have that out of the way,
let me tell ya’ll a little more about me: I am a young woman with a very unforgettable personality with a no nonsense demeanor. People say that that I am fun to be around but I like to attribute that to the fact that I am just real.

Real attracts real and exposes the imposters you dig?
Some of my major gripes include nosey bitches that need to get a life and dumb people. That’s just me. My relationship status?....well we’ll save that topic for another day. What am I aspiring to be?- well I can tell you what I don’t want to do with my life . I refuse to be in a state of nonexistence out here. I value friends like family and try to make the best out of every situation, good or bad, that I find myself in.
It doesn’t matter what you think of me because you can’t live my life. Anyways…what’s good with you? Just email me at tonirayeblog@gmail.com.
Hit me.

Stay beautiful, muah

-T.
